KSAE 2024 Luncheon RFP

It is time to choose locations for the 2024 KSAE Luncheon Meetings. Below, you will find guidelines for those interested in having a KSAE meeting at their facility. Lunches usually take place on Wednesdays; exact dates will be determined in February-March 2024.

KSAE Luncheon Host Property Guide and Agreement   Specifications are as follows:

• Banquet room with seating for up to 75
• Registration table outside the meeting room with 2 chairs and a wastebasket
• Room and registration area must be ready by 11:00 a.m.
• Hotel is to provide a room suitable for a board meeting prior to or immediately after the luncheon meeting for approximately 15 people with water & glasses if requested
• Hotel is to provide a room suitable for a classroom prior to the luncheon meeting for approximately 30 people if requested.
• Adequate service to serve plated lunch and clear tables within 1 hour
• Lunch service will begin promptly at noon
• Lectern with microphone, screen, and projector support package
• Luncheon cost of $16.00 per person (tax & gratuity inclusive) will be paid by KSAE to the hotel. Anything over and above $16.00 per person (tax & gratuity inclusive) will be paid by the host property.
• Property may sponsor a reception or social time and property tours beginning at 11:00 am
• Property must be a member of KSAE in good standing.
