Meeting Policies

KSAE holds Luncheon Meetings throughout the year, one Annual Convention, and special group outings to various venues.

Membership includes admission to each regular membership luncheon for those that register prior to the event. It is KSAE policy to charge $5 for members who arrive without reservations and $16 for those who register and do not attend. We feel that this policy helps keep costs down so that we can keep dues at a minimal cost for members.

Individual charges will be made for special group outings such as Churchill Downs and Keeneland.

A variety of workshops are presented throughout the year.  The tuition for a vast majority is included in membership.  Certain workshops may require a small fee.

Guests are invited to any and all events. Guests may attend any of the regular luncheon meetings for only $20.

Meetings are held around the state at member properties. The rotation allows member properties to showcase their facilities while allowing members to visit locations they may not have otherwise been able to see. The RFP to host KSAE lunch is online here. The board of directors makes the final decision on locations.
