The KSAE / MPI Holiday Event will take place at Belterra Casino Resort.

A reception will kick off the event on Wednesday, December 13th at 6:00 PM. The Holiday Party will be a Brunch and will begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Thursday, December 14th. Be sure to bring a gift ($15-$20 limit) for a gift exchange game at the Thursday brunch!

Belterra Casino Resort is holding a small block of rooms the night of December 13 at a discounted rate of $49/night for planners (access code: CHEERS) and $99/night for suppliers, excluding taxes (resort fee waived). Hotel reservations must be made by November 22, 2023 to receive discounted rate.
