"Hitting the Target with Your Brand"

by: Bullhorn Creative - Kate Baughman, Brand Strategist and Jenny Cobb, Designer and Sustainability Director

When people think of your organization, what do they think of? For some it's certain colors, fonts and services, but what else?  Have you considered that your organization has a personality, an aesthetic and an attitude? All of these factors combine to make your brand.

The Bullhorn Creative team will tackle branding from both a design and language point of view.  By sharing transformational projects they have worked on, you will see how strategic brand decisions can impact an organization.

So let's sharpen your skills so you can hit the target with your brand!

Objectives:

1- Understand what branding is

2- Learn how to identify the essence of your organization so a brand can be created

3- Gain tools to help build and promote the brand of your organization (through events, campaigns, etc.)

Kate Baughman, Brand Strategist, is a language and Strategy lead at Bullhorn.
She coordinates research and insights to prepare for strategic creative. She also writes fundamental brand messaging, refines existing messaging, consults on language, and provides social media consultation. She received degrees in English Literature and Writing, Rhetoric, and Communication from Transylvania University.

Jenny Cobb, Designer and Sustainability Director, has design skill extends far beyond digital and print to include interiors and events. She supports the Creative Directors in their design leadership on branding projects. She graduated from Georgetown College with degrees in visual art and sociology and she applies both to her daily work.
