Reminder:
The following meeting policy has been a longstanding policy of KSAE and will be enforced.
Members are entitled to participate in regular monthly meetings free of charge. However, under the following circumstances you will be charged a fee:
Walk In Without Registration: $5 fee
Registered No Show: $16 Fee
Guest Fee: $20
*Cancellations must be received by the Friday before the event. Once we have given our guarantee numbers to the host property we are obligated to pay for that number.  No Shows will be billed after the event.  Any special events (i.e. Keeneland, Churchill Downs, etc.) will be billed at the rate that is being charged for the event.  Thank you for your participation and adherence to KSAE policies. They were designed to keep costs down so that membership can be offered at a low annual rate.
