Dear KSAE Associate Member:

Below, you will find the planned dates for the 2025 KSAE Holiday Event as well as the policy guide and host agreement for those interested in hosting this event at their facility. Complete and return the form below at your earliest convenience; proposals are due to the KSAE Office no later than September 19, 2025.

• December 10^th –Reception (Hosted by venue)
• December 11^th – KSAE Holiday Brunch

KSAE Host Property Policy Guide and Agreement:
Specifications are as follows: 

• Able to host the reception in a banquet room with seating for up to 50
• Registration table outside the meeting room with 2 chairs and a wastebasket
• Reception to begin approximately at 7:00 PM (Eastern time) on Wednesday, December 10
• Holiday Brunch for up to 60 to begin at 9:00 AM (Eastern time) on Thursday, December 11. Room and registration area must be ready by 8:30 AM
• Hotel is to provide a room suitable for a board meeting prior to the holiday reception for approximately 15 people with water & glasses if requested
• Lectern with microphone, screen, and projector support package
• Brunch cost of $20.00 per person (tax & gratuity inclusive) will be paid to the hotel. Anything over and above $20.00 per person (tax & gratuity inclusive) will be paid by the host property.
• Reception will be hosted by the venue.
